About Chad
After graduating from University of California Berkeley and operating many entrepreneurial ventures simultaneously since the age of 19, Chad is now well-versed in many different aspects of running and scaling a business from the ground up to a multi-million dollar venture. His notable specialties include Marketing, Branding, Operations & Strategies, and Supply Chain.
Even though being an entrepreneur in the Housing Industry is purely a passion decision for Chad, he never stops exploring and learning about both existing and emerging industries to grow his investing portfolio and knowledge of the new world.
Community Leader
As of 2022, Chad serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Department of Continuing Education at University of California, Irvine. His most recent involvement with VIN, Vietnamese Innovation Network, connected with the Vietnamese Prime Ministers to bridge the gap of knowledge between the American startup community and there.
Chad is also an active supporter of Kiwanis Family, American Cancer Society, National Alliance & Mental Illness, among others.
Real Estate & Mortgage Entrepreneur
In March, 2020, the rapid spread of COVID-19 virus and the start of a modern pandemic devastatingly killed millions of people in the world and put a hard-stop on the Global Economy, United States included. Many big corporations filed for bankruptcy, thousands of small businesses owners shut down their ventures, and millions of people were laid off. A big part of the US population was living without any source of income. A 27-year-old Chad began his first day in the Real Estate & Mortgage business after leaving a stable and high-level position in the Medical Industry. Over the next few months, what started merely as a no-regret experiment would quickly become a career, a true passion, and a beginning for sustained and rewarding success.
After joining a local Real Estate team in Southern California and spending countless hours learning both Real Estate and Mortgage Industry, in January of 2022, Chad recently became a solo agent and is building and expanding his own team. With a well-connected network of experienced agents, mortgage brokers, and investors, Chad is able to service his clients everywhere in the US (That’s right! Everywhere) with various needs from purchasing & selling properties, digital marketing, and other services.
