My husband and I bought our first home with Chad! We went through all the emotions with searching for a home to not getting a home to finally closing on our home. At one point, Chad spent a whole weekend with us going from home to home looking for a home that my husband and I would love. I wanted a big kitchen and my husband wanted a garage. I would send Chad homes on Redfin and he would filter through about 12 homes for us to see if it fits our needs. I would text him at 2am in the morning (I work night shift) and he would be so understanding with the late night text. He would be so organized with these excel sheets with all these homes listed with price, bedrooms, HOA fee, and appointment times. We have 110% trust in Chad because we bought our first home via FaceTime! My husband and I were out of town and Chad went to visit the home on our behalf and basically told us it fits all of our check box. And we ended up getting our home! Thanks Chad!.

My wife and I were first time home buyers and closed in December 2021. Chad played an instrumental part during the home buying process. My wife and I have been house hunting on and off for about 2 years now with about 3 different agents in that span of time. It felt hopeless and non-productive as we would look at property without considering the purchase point and the non-tangibles such as location, safety, etc.

I've been in the housing market for about 2 years now with unsuccessful attempts every time I search.
